Natural honey was always used as a natural remedy for our health. It has a wide range of health benefits and medical uses. Many of these health benefits are specific to raw or unpasteurized honey.

Most of them, that you find in grocery stores, are pasteurized. High heat kills unwanted yeast, improves color and texture, removes heat.

Research shows that Manuka honey has the ability to improve healing time and minimize infection. Keep in mind that the honey used is the medical grade in hospital settings. Treating wounds with honey that you buy from a pharmacy isn’t a smart idea. The best of them is the natural one, this one has a lot of benefits.

2. Prevent cancer, heart disease, reduce ulcers and other gastrointestinal disorders

Recent research shows that honey treatment may help disorders such as ulcers and bacterial gastroenteritis. And this may be related to the 3rd benefit.
